tape

duct
tape
to
mask
off
a
center
line.
Use
the
receiver
and
the
end
of
the
barrel
to
make
sure
it
is
centered. |

a
very
sharp
X-Acto
knife,
mark
off
the
centerline
or
use
the
Dremel
as
shown
in
the
next
frame. |

used
the
Dremel
to
mark
centerline
positions
every
3/8". |

Center
drill
the
centerline
marks
with
a
1/16"
bit |
 |
Drill
all
of
the
1/16"
holes
with
a
!/4"
bit.
Join
the
edges
of
all
of
the
holes
with
the
abrasive
wheel.
